Furthermore, there is plenty to do and see in the surrounding area so you will definitely not be bored. You can dive, play tennis, swim, go jet skiing or enjoy a game of golf.
Energy costs are included in the rental price, according to fair use policy. Fair use policy is around 80 kwh per week for electricity. If this is exceeded then charge (will be deducted from the deposit).
The deposit will be returned via bank transfer within 14 days after check-out when you leave the property in good condition.
