“This is very good value property to stay at if you are visiting Capitol Reef (and you should!). Room is fine for a couple of nights. Best features however are games room, laundry, and chickens. Highly recommended if you need to balance the budget after more expensive accommodation elsewhere”

“This place was super stocked with all the basics plus games, books, bikes, and ping pong. Evan cooking ingredients were here. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Service was prompt. We would gladly stay here again.”

“Jane and Paul are very nice people. They let us check in early. Very nice peaceful and clean place . We will recommend to our friends. She provided us all the information and directions how to find their place. Thank you so much for your help.”

“Everything about the tiny house was great. The only "problem" is that the clock on the stove is very bright, so make sure you have a bag or cooler that you can place in front of it. We will definitely stay there again when we return to explore Capitol Reef more thoroughly.”

“Clean, loved the turkeys and chickens, spacious. Several arteries within walking distance. And 10 minutes from Capitol Reef which is the reason we were there ”

“Facility is old, but other than that, all was acceptable / good.”

“Cute and comfortable ”

“Just finished our stay and it was perfect for our trip to capital reef. The place was clean and the hosts provided plenty of amenities for us to use. Great stop on our trip!”
