Villa Carducci with lake view

Villa Carducci is located in Pai di Torri del Benaco in a quiet and panoramic area surrounded by olive trees. The Villa is easily accessible along the Via Gardesana and is located about 5 km from Torri del Benaco.

The Villa is located at the beginning of the road that connects the ancient village, called Pai di Sopra, with the lake and beaches. Entering through the avenue gate, you can park in the area in front of the house or in the covered garage for one car.

In the small village of Pai, there are several restaurants and pizzerias within walking distance and also a small shop for basic groceries.

The villa is spread over two floors accessible from two entrances.



MAIN FLOOR - LIVING AREA

Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by a living room with a spacious sofa, from which you can comfortably watch satellite TV, and a dining table for 6 people that will allow you to have lunch or dinner together.

The kitchen, in natural wood, is complete with a refrigerator and freezer, gas hob, dishwasher and all the necessary accessories to prepare meals for your family holiday.

A modern full bathroom with glass shower completes this floor. Here you will also find the washing machine.

On the Terrace, you can have lunch together around the modern dining table for 6 people, enjoying the view of Lake Garda, perhaps using the outdoor gas barbecue.



GROUND FLOOR - BEDROOMS

On the ground floor, the night area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the outside, and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The 3 rooms are equipped with air conditioning and on this floor we have a spacious bathroom with a shower.



THE GARDEN

In the garden near the Terrace, you can enjoy a bath in the tub for 4 people while watching the sunset with a glass of your wine. We specify that this is not a whirlpool bath.



In the external area of the property, there are video surveillance cameras. The images are not subject to recording.



THE ZONE

Lake Garda, located in northern Italy, is a tourist destination all year round.

Guests can swim, surf or sail in the waters of Italy's largest lake.

Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and cycling or using the rotating cable car that leads to Monte Baldo.

The Gardaland Resort and other theme parks are located about 20 km away.

Verona is 45 km away and Venice 170 km.
