The apartment in Estartit features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 people. This pleasant, newly constructed unit spans 55 m² and offers views of the waterfront.



Located in a residential neighborhood by the sea, the property is conveniently situated 200 m from la Platgeta sandy beach, 300 m from the Illes Medes, Montgrí i Baix Ter nature reserve, 800 m from Platja gran de L'Estartit sandy beach, and 800 m from the supermarket.



The accommodation boasts a 20 m² terrace and 1 TV for your entertainment. The vitroceramic open plan kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, and juicer.



Sheets are included in the rental price, and towels can be added to your booking for an additional fee of €5 per person. If needed Internet access could be provided by agency (subject to availability 10€/day)



Please note that groups of teenagers are not allowed in this property.

I should have read the section on what was provided. That omission is on me. But there were no towels, no condiments whatsoever, so bath soap. The beds were not made but clean sheets were provided. There was one roll of toilet paper It seemed that every corner was cut to save costs. I would have gladly paid more to avoid having to go to the store.

appartement mal équipé pour l'hiver

il n y a pas de chauffage seulement 2 convecteurs d'appoint pour 2 chambres 2 salles de bains et la piece a vivre le couloir separant les Sdb des chambres est en acces direct sur l'exterieur donc glacial. on nous a amené 2 convecteurs de plus en nous disant que si on les allumait tous le compteur allait sauter d'autant plus que la cuisine (tres jolie et bien equipee) est tout électrique. nous ne somles restés qu'une nuit. l'appartement est tres bien mais je le deconseille l'hiver. autre point : la rue est tres pentue et ne permet pas le stationnement, il faut se garer au port a quelque 200m. hiver gratuit mais l'ete... conclusion : cet appartement est tres joli et bien equipé pour des sejours estivaux mais pas l'hiver malgre la mention " chauffage" indiquee sur les équipements sur le site + attention aux surcouts de stationnement
