The address is not recognized by the GPS. We searched for a very long time before finding the house.The interior of the house is very old and uncomfortable. The downstairs air conditioning does not work, the cupboards smell of mold, the dishes were very dirty, and the equipment is very old. The house is rented for 8 people, but there are only 3 sun loungers outside. The windows are single-glazed and, at night, you can hear all the outside noises.

Außen hui.......
Hervorzuheben ist die super Betreuung vor Ort durch die Agentur.
Ein riesiger Pool mit einer schöner Außenanlage mit Grill, Außenküche, Außendusche, schöne Gartenmöbel und tolle Lage
Leider war bei Ankunft eine Wohnung nicht richtig gereinigt(Erdnüsse unter dem Tisch, gebrauchtes Tempo auf dem Schlafzimmerboden sowie Ohropax unter dem Bett).
Die Dachterasse muß wohl schon längere Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt geworden sein, denn als es regnete lief das Wasser in das Zimmer, welches an der Terasse lag, da der Abfluß auf der Terasse verstopft war und das Wasser lief durch die Decke in die untere Wohnung, dies war kein Spaß aber wir haben die Ursachen dann selbst beseitigt, zumindest beim nächsten Regen, war es besser.
Dies war wohl nicht das erste Mal, dass dies passierte, wenn man sich mal die Decken und Wände in der unteren Wohnung anschaut. Auch deswegen, ist wahrscheinlich der modrige Geruch in der unteren Wohnung ständig vorhanden
Mein Tip "Schuat euch die Terasse an, ob gereinigt wurde, bevor ihr überascht werdet".
Wir hatten auch unseren täglichen Kampf mit der Stromversorgung und den Klimageräten, also wenn die mal wieder hängen bleibt, Sicherungen aus und an, damit sie wieder funktioniert.
Das Haus ist Innen Renovierungsbedürftig.
Was fehlt, ist eine Überdachung, dass man sich außen aufhalten kann, wenn es mal regnet, da es im Innenbereich nicht unbedingt so schön ist und in der großen Garage kann man nicht sitzen, da dort der Revisionsschacht des Abwassers ist und es mehr als riecht.

Super geeignet für große Familien/Freundeskreise
Die gepflegte, komplett eingezäunte Gartenanlage und der große Poolbereich waren wunderschön. Wir haben uns fast ausschließlich draußen aufgehalten.
Der Abstellraum mit der Waschmaschine war zum Waschen und Wäsche trocknen ideal. Die große Garage war für ein Auto und das Abstellen der Fahrräder sehr nützlich.
Die Gartenmöbel waren doch eher sehr einfach. Es gab nur einen Gartentisch für höchstens 6 Personen, die Plastikgartenstühle waren schon alt und es gab keinen Sonnenschirm, sodass wir immer mit dem Tisch und den Stühlen dem Schatten folgen mussten.
Die Küchenausstattung (Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen und Gläser) war eher zusammengewürfelt und könnte mal erneuert werden. Ein eingebauter Backofen wäre auch nützlich anstelle des kleinen Geräts im Abstellraum. Beim Gasherd in der Küche funktionierten nur zwei der drei Flammen.
