"My own pool-what more can you ask for? The casita was a normal studio size so perfect for one -maybe two. Bed (queen) very comfy. Needed to ask for a few things but they were right back with them-I kinda want what I want, you know? Steve and Suki great hosts-never bothered me. Kitchen sufficient with no real Stove/oven but a tabletop oven and two burner hot plate. All I needed as I wanted to eat out and just make soup or grill cheese or sandwich when home. Can’t wait to rent it again next year. Oh and a yummy grapefruit tree. Gated and felt safe but it’s on a dark street bit like I said; security gate. Owners not on property; just down block. "

"They put us in a room with a bathroom that was specifically for handicap guests. When we arrived, the bathroom floor was covered in hair and the room was dirty and dusty. I let the staff know that the floor was gross and dirty and I asked that they take some money off of my room however I am not sure if they did. The shower in the bathroom wasn’t sealed properly therefore it leaked all over the bathroom floor, causing slippery dangerous conditions. I finally asked to be moved to a different room where the shower wasn’t leaking upon arrival into the new room. I noticed there was urine dripping all down the front of the toilet and that room was not properly cleaned either. The mirrors had smudges and streaks all over them. There were articles from previous guests laying around in the refrigerators were both dirty. The first room that we got had no paper towel and it was equipped with a tiny kitchenette. There was no soap provided at the kitchen sink to wash our hands in the dishes were dirty."

"This was honestly one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. It was so clean staff was helpful location was great right of the 60. Only thing lacking is no pool for the Arizona heat"

"This place was in need of many improvements. Our room was dingy and dark. The bathroom fixture had three different colored lights; one white one off white and one that blinked on and off. The mattress was concave and should have been replaced long ago. The pillows, hard as a rock. For the price we paid, this hotel should have paid more attention to detail. "
