“My family traveled to Phoenix for a short stay of 2-nights for a family gathering. Upon arriving we easily entered and noticed the house was clean and welcoming with all needed amenities available. The beds were comfortable so we all experienced good restful sleep. The showers have good water pressure which was greatly appreciated. Though we did not cook much the kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils. A couple of use enjoyed the private pool area in the mornings which was refreshing.……

“Everything was good with location, the home in general with the exception of the water heater was either not working right ir is too small. If you weren't the first to take a shower, you got a cold one. Also the patio furniture looked like it has weathered and might need to be replaced. The contact with the owner was really good though and she was very helpful. She tried to address the hot water issue for everyone but we think she needed to talk to someone about it.”

“The house was great. It felt fresh and recently updated and the furniture and furnishings seemed to be new. The location was perfect for our stay in Mesa. Host Drew was quick to respond to any questions we had. Just wish the pool light was working for nighttime ambiance on the patio…. a very minor detail. We’d stay here again. ”

“Absolutely fabulous property, better than advertised...I'd give 6 stars if I could. Very spacious, spotlessly clean, with attention to everything you would need for a stay. We were there for 7 days and didn't need/want for anything. Homeowners were very responsive, answering questions in just a couple of minutes. Big takeaway was location...you felt like you were in the middle of the desert with privacy and views, but a mere 3 minutes to shopping and 5 to restaurants...lots to do in the……

“Excellent all around. Very spacious and comfortable home. The outdoor seating area is perfect for listening to wildlife and taking in the Mountain View. The location is perfect for access to many trails or enjoying the nature right outside the door. The bed in the master bedroom was just right. The option for low (red) light through the main areas added so much to the relaxing environment. ”
