"So many kind words to say about Spice Tree. First: how many establishments have you ever been too that the manager of the Resort will ride with you to the hospital. FYI do not drink the spring water in the National Park in Munnar. He rode with our taxi driver to hospital, he stayed with me the whole time. I can never thank him so much for his help. 2nd this resort is the place for a great escape to relax and enjoy wonderful food by the best Chef.
3rd the staff there was perfect. From the reception and room cleaners, and then to the grounds cleaners. Everyone welcomes you with an open heart.
I will have to say as tourists, we must always do better. Please tip the waiter staff, to the room cleaners. They work hard and deserve the respect we get as tourists from the Spice Tree.

"We had a great time in Greenwoods resort. The facility was great and the staff very friendly. We would have liked the lunch and dinner to have the buffet. The rooms were good and despite being close to the main street, the hotel was surprisingly secluded."

Food is not luxury levels. Though simple, its healthy food.
They have a good clean swimming pool.
I wouldn't recommend the spa though."

I would like to mention Vijisha, Jibin, Anagha and Madhan who attended us and made our stay very enjoyable. They ensured everything was great and took care of every little detail.
