Tortola Hotel with Pool

"The cottage was perfect for our family. Spacious and clean one bedroom. Our kids lived in the pool and we couldn't get enough of the balcony view. Location was just far enough away from the ferry for day trips and to go to Cane Gardens for dinner easily and avoid the mid-day cruise crowds."

"We waited 20minutes for the front desk lady to arrive. Then, after checking in an hour and a half after check-in, we walked into the room and the lady was still making our bed. Otherwise, clean rooms. "

"Everything was great. Loved the customer service from all the front desk representatives; all 3 of them were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was so spacious and the balcony with the view was amazing. Great location near downtown. The only downfall was the WiFi; was unpredictable; didn’t work on my balcony or by the pool and streaming was inconsistent. I think though that this might be an “island thing;” I don’t know. "

"The rooms were pleasant and overall clean and adequate. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only issue was with ants in the room. The cleaning staff was good about sweeping them up in the morning, but by the end of the day the floors were covered again. "

"Loved our large lanai with ocean view and watching the ferries and sailboats come and go. Spacious room that we had to plug in refrigerator and microwave. There was a drumming group next-door that went a bit late. It was kind of fun at first. During the day it was a driving school. Also music with a big base beat until 2:30 am on Friday night. Loved the botanical gardens within walking distance. Convenient to restaurants close by. Great ocean views from hotel outdoor dining room. Food was okay."

"The staff was very helpful in getting into our room. On our departure day they assisted us with getting transportation to the airport. The room we stayed in had a view of the entire bay. It was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels, hand towels, soap, shampoo. The bed was extremely comfortable. If we do go back to the BVI we will definitely stay in the hotel again."
