“Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. ”

Wildlife out your back door, pool a great touch to cool down but beach close and waves fun. Rent a golf cart and easy travel. Herradura close great food store. Though small one close by. Pickleball courts in Jaco, easy and friendly. National parks close, 10 good beaches on property and within 30-35 min. Will find our way back again. ”

“Everything was dirty in the property, from the shower curtain full of black mold to coffee maker and fans. Streets are full of garbage outside, smell of sewages and garbage is everywhere. In the shower we found worms and spiders. They even did not have the cutesy of cleaning the dishes, we had to re-wash everything before use. It was horrible. We decided to leave for a hotel the last 5 days of our trip.”

“Villa 33 is a perfect place for family or a friends gathering, the beds are very comfortable and both suites have showers and double vanities. The air conditioning individual to each room is a plus as well. Very nicely appointed kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook any meal.Just down the road are two great beach options and a good grocery store on the way.
