Fantastically beautiful house

4 small lakes within walking distance, the nearest one about 350 meters away. In one of the lakes there is a rowing boat that you can use freely, for a rowing trip in beautiful surroundings, or perhaps for a fishing trip (fishing license). If you just want to relax and take it easy, there is a TV with satellite dish and high-speed Wifi.



The ground floor has a very well-equipped kitchen with seating, as well as a dining room for "fine dining". The living room has comfortable furniture and an open fireplace for coziness, warmth and a wonderful atmosphere. The floor is tiled with underfloor heating, which means that there is always an even and pleasant heat and a generally pleasant indoor climate. There are also toilets down here.



Upstairs there are all the beds; bedroom 1 with a double bed (180 cm), bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and a third room with a double bed (160 cm) which is built in an open plan together with the TV room. Up here there is also a tiled bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.



The garden is large (approx. 4,000 m2) with plenty of space for playing and relaxing. Garden furniture and a barbecue for summer-scented dinners. The entire area has a very rich bird and animal life and you have every opportunity to experience all of Sweden's large wild animals in a peaceful environment.



The excursion possibilities are also very good as you have approx. 30 minutes to beautiful Falkenberg, 15 minutes to shopping in Ullared/Gekås, 45 minutes to Varberg and approx. 1½ hours to the city of Gothenburg, where you can visit Liseberg, Avenyn and Universeum.



The owners of the house speak English, French and Italian. The two owners are very caring and considerate of their house, therefore youth groups, hen parties, stag parties and animals are not welcome, but this fantastic house is intended for families with children, couples, multi-generational living, etc.
