The spectacular thing about Tossa de Mar is its beaches, coves and Medieval Wall, recognized worldwide as one of the best vacation spots.
The Wall is still alive, as the houses inside, restaurant and shops are still inhabited. It is open to any walker, being able to make use of its services, even arriving at the Upper Lighthouse where there is an outdoor bar with daily live music and can / summer season.
Apart from its 2 large main beaches, around it there are many wonderful small coves to visit where you will find the relaxation and sensation that anyone seeks to spend their free time.
Tossa de Mar is very close to the 2 main airports, Barcelona and Girona, at just 1.15h, it also has a daily bus service that arrives from the airports.
Tossa has everything you need to spend a vacation without leaving the place. But if you like to do tourism, a perfect point to visit the wonderful city of Barcelona center, which is only 1 hour away by car and other towns of the Costa Brava (there is also a bus service).

The accommodation and its services:
Apartment of 50m2 + 23m2 terrace, very well located with beautiful views of Tossa de Mar beach and community pool.
Completely renovated, it consists of: Chill out terrace + outdoor dining area, living / dining room, bathroom, full kitchen, 1 double marriage room + (optional cot), Double room with bunk bed + double bed + playground for children.
Ideal families and friends, with or without children.

FREE PARKING:
It also has a parking area, 8 seats / 12 neighbors. Being a holiday area, there are usually places always available. If all the places are occupied, it is easy to park in the area, since it is a quiet area surrounded only by houses.

WIFFI payment:
We offer information from a private company, which offers the service for hours, days, weeks, etc ... at an economical price

The service of bed linen and towels is not included in the price, however, you can bring your own. We also have this service and you can request it for the price of € 30 (Except special offers that are sometimes included).

Site superbe, appartement défraichi (très!)

Comme le disent tous les avis, la terrasse et la vue sont exceptionnelles, le secteur est calme. Nous y étions dans la deuxième partie de septembre et la résidence était quasi vide donc pas de problème pour le parking et malgré une mauvaise insonorisation des bâtiments nous n'avons quasi pas eu de bruit de voisinage. Néanmoins cet appartement à un grand besoin de rénovation. Nous savons qu'un appartement mis à en location vacances supportent moult avanies. En l’occurrence, la literie, la machine à laver le linge, le lave vaisselle sont hors d'age sinon inutilisable (lave linge dont la porte/couvercle est rouillée à un point inimaginable). Le reste nécessite un rafraichissement indispensable ... fauteuil de la salle, portraits du Bouddha, coussins à paillettes, vaisselle et casseroles ... propreté des couvertures. Des consignes claires et écrites devraient être à la disposition des hôtes (poubelles, utilisation de la piscine, utilisation parking etc ...) En conclusion : Pour passer une semaine hors saison c'est relativement acceptable, bien situé et Tossa de Mar est une station adorable et charmante.

Plutôt une bonne location

Un appartement sympathique, une bonne location. Cependant, j'ai noté 1 point très désagréable : Il y a un manque important de pression d'eau à tous les robinets et douche. C'est très difficile de gérer une vie en communauté avec ce problème. Aussi, vue la situation très en hauteur, avec des rues en pente et étroites, il est difficile de se garer devant la résidence, il y a très peu de places vue le nombre d'appartement. Il faut vraiment arriver le premier ! Cordialement.

Gezellig aangekleed appartement met fantastisch balkon en uitzicht.

Super vakantie gehad in Tossa de Mar. Helaas verhuurster niet persoonlijk gezien. Bij aankomst beetje een domper. In het appartement stonk het verschrikkelijk 5 dagen lang, douchekop stuk, en helaas de schoonmaak niet netjes, bed heel kort 180 lang, badkamer klein en ook de douche cabine klein 70x70cm. Parkeerplaats voor het gebouw is niet altijd beschikbaar, te weinig plaatsen. Prachtig Ibiza balkon en uitzicht maken veel goed. Goed bed, airco of ventilator en WiFi zouden het appartement zeker aangenamer maken. Hou rekening met de steile klim naar het prachtige dorp.

Lovely- but be aware of some additional charges

This apartament is very, very nice! Looks exactly like on the pictures and one can really feel like at home in there. It is very clean and the view from the balcony is amazing. It is well equipped- with books, games and even kids toys left at the tenants disposal. Be aware that towels/linen are not included in the rent price- owner remarked that it is mentioned in the ad, but I had a look and cannot see it anywhere. If you want a set you need to pay extra- which is fine as long as it is clearly stated and you can make an informed decision...We've paid 30 euros on top of the rent for towels for 2 people. The building is located on a rather steep hill and there are few flights of stairs with no lift, so people with mobility issues should look elsewhere. Due to the hectic schedule we did not have time to use the pool, but it looks very inviting. Owner- Rebecca- is very welcoming. I do recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel like they're staying at the friends house:)

Uns hat es in Tossa, wo die Saison schon etwas vorbei war, gut gefallen. In dem Wohnblock, in dem die Wohnung liegt, waren nur noch wenige Wohnungen bewohnt.

Bon séjour, appartement agréable et bien situé, idéal pour une famille. Site très agréable avec de nombreuses visites à effectuer (des criques magnifiques aux plages plus conventionnelles et des villages ou villes fortifiées et pittoresques aux endroits beaucoup plus exploités, le choix est très vaste). Bémol sur l'étroitesse de la salle de bain et l'insonorisation.

On a été très bien accueilli. Les photos sont conformes à l appartement, qui est très bien décoré et la vue sur mer est magnifique. La terrasse est grande. La piscine est bien entretenue. Il est possible d' aller à la plage à pieds même si il faut marcher un peu... On a passé de très bonnes vacances et Tossa est une jolie ville touristique.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Celui-ci a commencé par un accueil chaleureux de Rebecca. Ensuite, la vue, la terrasse et la déco moderne ont rendu ces vacances très agréables.

joli appartement bien bien situé

Nous avons séjourné avec 2 enfants et nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. L'appartement est joliment décoré, bien équipé et la terrasse est très agréable. Il est bien situé, proche du centre-ville et de la plage (environ 10 minutes à pied). La propriétaire est très accueillante, s'est adaptée à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ et nous a prêté un lit bébé. Le seul petit bémol est la literie qui n'est pas très confortable.

Séjour agréable à Tossa

Appartement très bien situé au calme avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. La plage à 10 minutes à pieds (il ne faut pas avoir peur de monter quelques marches). Les commerces à 5 minutes. Possibilité de garer son véhicule devant la résidence. Une très belle terrasse bien aménagée depuis laquelle on peut surveiller les enfants à la piscine. Appartement bien équipé. Rebeca est très sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un piso acogedor con buenos accesos

Un apartamento muy agradable, con acceso muy rapido a la Ciudad, playas y a la piscina sin necesidad de cojer el coche. La terrasa es muy amplia y acogedora, perfecta para descansar, leer, etc... La urbanisacion es muy tranquila. Unas vacaciones por repetir.
