The property is well suited for families seeking a tranquil retreat with all the comforts of home, including a private swimming pool and access to Internet Wifi throughout the house. The angular swimming pool, measuring 8 x 5 m, is secured and fenced, offering a safe and enjoyable outdoor experience for all guests. A washing machine is also available inside the house for added convenience during your stay.

Please be aware that access to the house requires navigating a stepped path of 30 steps.

On the main level, you will find a bright and spacious living and dining room of 25 m2, elegantly furnished and featuring a sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, perfect for additional guests. A separate WC is also located on this floor, along with a large, fully equipped kitchen. Direct access from the living area leads out to the patio, creating a seamless connection between the interior and outdoor spaces.

    On the lower ground floor, accessible via a steep staircase, the 3 double bedrooms are arranged to offer comfort and privacy. The first double bedroom spans 15 m2 and features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a window overlooking the courtyard and a fan for ventilation. The second double bedroom covers 12 m2 and is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with a courtyard-facing window and a fan. The third double bedroom measures 10 m2 and includes 1 bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a window onto the courtyard. Serving all 3 bedrooms on this floor are 2 shower rooms, each equipped with a bidet and WC.
