Residence "Les Mandariniers", 3 storeys. In the resort 900 m from the centre of Le Lavandou, in a sunny position, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. For shared use: 2 swimming pools angular fenced (12 x 5 m, depth 130 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Oct.). Public parking on the road. Shop 1.5 km, grocery, restaurant, bar 700 m, bakery 400 m, café 700 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "La Lavandou" 800 m. Sports harbour 700 m, minigolf 2.5 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Le Lavandou.
3-room apartment 60 m2 on 2nd floor. Practical and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony 10 m2, south facing position. Séjour sympathique
Logement spacieux, bien situé avec accès au bord de mer par un petit chemin au pied de la résidence. Résidence sécurisée avec place de parking réservée au pied de l'immeuble. Belle vue. Séjour en mai, donc résidence calme car plusieurs appartements autour étaient inoccupés. La piscine était vide lors de notre séjour.
