Very large villa (220 m2), independent of private and enclosed private grounds, permanent sunshine, very pleasant, fully equipped with heated pool of 15 April to October and barbecue, 2 steps from the pleasures of the sea, (pretty little harbor with boat access, beaches and 250 meters), close to shops.
Suitable for 3 couples (opportunities to accommodate children on the mezzanine).
A garage and 2 parking spaces.

Magnifique maison avec piscine à 5 minutes des plus belles plages et du port de Carqueiranne

Magnifique maison spacieuse avec piscine, grande cuisine et barbecue tout équipés, frigo américain, terrain de pétanque, idéalement située à seulement 5 minutes à pieds du port de Carqueiranne avec ses commerces et les plus belles plages de sable, le club de voile et la plage du Pradon, en face de la presqu'île de Giens, l'Almanarre et Porquerolles . Merci Monsieur Simanski pour votre accueil chaleureux et la possibilité de profiter de merveilleuses vacances dans votre maison que nous avons eu du mal à quitter et recommandons sans hésiter :-)

Perfect stay at Jean Pierres villa

We had a wonderful week at Jean Pierres villa - the villa had everything we where looking for and Jean Pierre was the perfect host. It's a beautiful villa with a very nice garden and pool, has the perfect outside breakfast area with roof for shadow. The kitchen is great with everything you need, including an ice-maker, coffee machine, micro etc. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean and inviting. The villa looks just as nice as in the pictures, maybe even better. For us it was also very valuable that it's just a few minutes walk to the nearest shop and bakery for your breakfast needs. The town is small, but has everything we needed - beach, restaurants and not many tourists (everyone we met spoke French). When we needed to do some shopping that was not possible in Carqueiranne, it was not too far to drive. The villa has a parking just outside but that did not bother us at all. The absence of air-conditioning was not really a big problem either - it felt good to do the Riviera with a sustainable use of energy. One of the very best villas we have ever rented and we have tried quite a few.

Super Villa am Strand. Cool Villa near the Beach

Echt nette Villa mit cooler Technik. Die Küche ist sehr schön, das ist fast wie eine Bar, fehlen nur die Barhocker. Mit dem Eiswürfelspender im Kühlschrank ist das an heißen Tagen der wichtigste Punkt im Haus. Wenn man die fernbedienbaren Rollos an den vielen großen Fenstern entsprechend den Tageszeiten schließt, bleibt das Haus aber schön kühl. Die Möbel im sehr großen Eß und Wohnzimmer sind nicht modern, aber sehr edel und hochwertig. Überhaupt ist im Haus nix billig gemacht. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine separate Toilette. Auch der Masterroom ist im Erdgeschoss mit Trassentür zum Pool und mit angeschlossenem Bad mit WC, Eckbadewanne und ebenerdiger Dusche. Oben befinden sich die zwei anderen Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Doppelbetten und Meeresblick. Die Toilette ist separat zum oberen Bad. Auf der Empore befindet sich ein großer Schreibtisch und eine nette Sitzecke mit sehr bequemen Sofas. Wlan gibt im ganzen Haus. Auch der überdachte Außenbereich ist sehr gemütlich und windgeschützt. Der sehr gepflegte Garten hat eine automatische Bewässerung. Der Rasen ist dadurch immer voll grün und weich. Der Blick zu den Nachbar ist auf die Garage von denen man kaum etwas mitbekommt, sodass man ungestört im Pool baden kann. Der Pool, der langsam bis auf 2m Tiefe geht, hat eine automatische Reinigung und ist auf 25°C beheizt und kann bunt beleuchtet werden. Der Grill geht leicht an und man hat genügend Ablagefläche und ein kleines Spülbecken. Zur Abschließbaren Gartentür raus ist es ca. 250m zu einem schönen Strand mit kleiner Hotelbar. Bier 3,50€! In die andere Richtung ist man genauso schnell am Hafen, mit Bäcker und Supermarkt. Unser Auto stand immer sicher in der Garage mit automatisiertem Hof- und Garagentor. Jean Pierre spricht gutes Englisch und ein wenig Deutsch, ist locker drauf und wohnt nicht im oder am Haus. Super Hütte für entspannten Urlaub! Everything was really fine.

Friendly, flexible host. We certainly will be back if we plan to spend time in the vicinity. Kids loved it.
