Great kitchen

Un voyage d'affaires de quatre nuits. Bonne chambre spacieuse, coin cuisine trop petit et pas vraiment agréable pour cuisiner. Confortable et propre mais trop chaud. Ma chambre était au-dessus du bar/resto et c'était un peu bruyant car je devais laisser la fenêtre ouverte. A part ça, très content de mon séjour. L'hôtel est bien situé pour mon travail et j'y retournerai sans hésiter. Tout le personnel que j'ai rencontré était très agréable et accueillant. A four night business trip. Good spacious room, kitchen area too small and not really pleasurable to cook at. Comfortable and clean but too hot. My room was above the bar/resto and it was a bit noisy as I had to leave to window open. Apart from that, very happy with my stay. Situated well for my work and I will return without hesitation. All the staff I met were very pleasant and welcoming.

Kitchenette was a bonus
It was a bit tricky to find the hotel on our bikes from Canal du Midi but once we got there we cooked a pasta dinner and enjoyed a quiet evening. The room looked out to sports fields and the hotel was very close to a large shopping complex.

European holiday
The hotel was in a good place for us to get to everything that we wanted both inToulouse and surrounds by car. It was quiet and had everything that we needed. The staff were extremely helpful. We look forward to using this chain of hotels during our stay in France.

Horrible Hotel
This hotel does not have a proper bed! There is no facilities, no room cleaning service, no amenities, no wifi (only wired connection), poor TV, no air conditioning. The bed is a sofa converted bed. First time I have ever seen this in a hotel. As if is a temporary hotel. Not so. This is a permanent arrangement! So strange.

Great hotel
Great hotel, great kitchen facilities and a bath as well as shower, nice quiet location. Only negative no wifi in room, only ethernet cable, no good for tablet or mobile, you have to go to lounge to use wifi.

On the way from Bressols to Arles
Staff was very helpful. Location is in an industrial area, but with several restaurants nearby. Suite hadn't been cleaned very well, and the carpeting smelled of dirty socks (either needs shampooing or replacement).

If you need to stay south of Toulouse, this place is conveniently located close to Labege Mall and a lot of restaurant walking distance.

I cannot recommend this hotel.
First, you should be aware of some things before you book your hotel. 1. If you get the cheap room, your bed is a folded-out couch with a mattress only 4" thick! Mine was unbelievably itchy for some reason as well, so I didn't sleep at all. I don't know if the room had fleas or mites or what, but it was seriously annoying. 2. The air conditioning does nothing. Too hot? Open the window. 3. I paid what I considered to be a reasonable amount for breakfast, only to find cereal (but no milk), no hot foods, and an extremely limited amount of other items. There was only three of us in the dining room, so I guess we're the 3 suckers. 4. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I wasn't able to sleep, so it was only moderately annoying. I will not stay in this hotel again!

everything was great about this place except for the comfort of the sofa bed. I would book again but book a double bed not a sofa bed.

Unexpected
If you stay at this hotel, you just need to know what to expect. This is more of a furnished apartment in that it has a mini kitchen with all the appliances (dishwasher, sink, mini fridge, utensils). I had the small room and it was pretty tight. The bed is a sofa-bed, but has a decent mattress. The sheets and towels aren't changed out during your stay, nor do they provide any soap unless you ask. Internet is extra as well as the continental breakfast. If you like food and convenience, this is a good clean area with movie theatres within walking distance, and close to 20 quality restaurants in less than a block. Overall I would probably stay in the same area but a different hotel.
