"I really appreciated the hotel’s unique design, with its charming bungalow-style apartments that give the place a distinctive feel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The food was good, although a bit overpriced compared to similar hotels in Haiti.
That said, there is room for improvement. The pool was not as clean as expected, and the internet connection was very poor, which can be frustrating for longer stays.

"This is not an hotel. dirty room, dirty toilet, no air conditioning. i don’t advise no ones to stay in a place as ugly as this. you should think about renting this place as an apartment instead of a hotel. the beds are uncomfortable, the tv doesn’t work. nothing works in this hotel. terrible place. I will not recommend this place to anyone. "

"The property doesn't look like a hotel, nothing work, the pool was out of service, the TV doesn't work, there is no wifi on property. A restaurant with no food and no beverage not even water. The room only has 2 outlet. If the tv is on that left you with one other choice. No iron or iron board. The worst i ever seen for that price"

"I stayed for 4 nights, and the majority of the time I spent at the hotel. My accommodation needs changed somewhat upon arrival, and the staff dealt effectively with my requests. I have never enjoyed a brief stay more.
The staff always responded to my needs and helped me. Makende, Jerry, and Estellen were fantastic hosts.
