「I'm conflicted on this review - the property was clean and with lots of sundries and supplies, beds were great, firepiit nice, no complaints, overall very good. However, with the lake withdrawn for years around a half mile from the house, this was not even close to waterfront pic they proudly show on the site. Yes, there was a clear disclaimer in the text, so no bait and switch, but leaving the photo up today with the lake down for years, then placing the disclaimer in to avoid liability, well...

「We had a wonderful stay. The location is great - we could walk right over to Boat Town and enjoy a great meal or bring home take out. 「The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably.」

「This is a great three-bedroom floor plan with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. There are lots of windows and natural light. It is very close to HEB and the main roads. 「There were six of us senior lady friends and the accommodations were very comfortable. Two ladies fished most of the time and caught perch and 3 nice catfish(catch and release). Sitting on the porch in morning was sooo peaceful, the games could be updated pieces missing but we still played and laughed a lot! The two bathrooms are not in the bedrooms as the sight indicated.
