“The treehouse was fun and very clean and our check-in instructions were easy to follow. The downsides were that we stayed in the winter and because it’s a treehouse it was pretty cold on the bottom level away from the heater. The top level that had the bedroom was plenty warm. It is also a farm so roosters do crow at 5:30am, so sleeping in may or may not be an option! Also, the ranch cart does not work too well in cold conditions so you may have to walk a bit in the cold. “Extremely clean. Had multiple cookware options. Quite neighborhood that I felt very safe. Privacy fence in the back yard was nice. Large tv’s in the living room and bedroom. Will definitively stay again!”

“The rooms were very clean. We really liked the open space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We liked the location of the bnb a lot. There were plenty of shops in Derby to visit and if we wanted to go to any shops in Wichita it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive. We also liked that the bnb was in what seemed to be a safe and calm part of town. ”

“The property looked just as advertised. Clean & Pet friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is that the porch light be left on for guests as the block is really dark. ”
