「Handy for Rothsey, and a lovely old building. My room was facing the harbour and an interesting view. Tired in places, chair was very wobbly, and doors etc as you would expect in a property of this age. However, the retro-fitted en-suite was good, and nice and clean. Felt like carpet had not been hovered. The Scottish breakfast was nice and not too overwhelming. Just right. The guys running the place were really friendly and polite.」

「A perfectly pleasant stay. However it lacks the human touch. Everything is automated and seems organised to minimise interaction between host and guest. Breakfast - all three courses at the same time left at your door - eating cereal first meant cold bacon sandwich and cold toast. Run for the proprietor not the guest. 」

「A beautifully located Georgian property close to gorgeous beaches and stunning views of the Kintyre peninsula. The hosts, Susan and Angus (who is a chef) made sure that our stay was not only comfortable and clean, but also delicious! We received many recommendations from Susan about what places to explore and where to find the most interesting local sights, while Angus made delicious breakfasts and recommended many nice places to eat around. There are so many places within walking distance to see and enjoy in the area. The people who lived on the island are so very kind and gracious! Absolutely stunning home! 「This is a lovely, spacious flat looking directly out to see. It's well-located - an easy walk from the ferry- and well-equipped. The host Gordon is very friendly and helpful.」
