“Clean with friendly staff”

“All of the above. We always stay in the multi bed room, the hide a beds are much appreciated but some of the ones we've had do fold up a bit in the night. Replacing some with a twin bed would be a room we would book every time.”

“Check in/out was quick. The front end clerk was friendly. Room was clean. Only issue was with the TV. It kept freezing so I couldnt watch it.”

“Rooms were clean, modern, well-appointed. Staff was exceptional in every interaction. Ruby and Jordana at the front desk were so friendly and helpful as was the breakfast attendant (i forgot to note her name). The breakfast alone makes this hotel well worth the price. Hot sausages, bacon, hashbrowns, eggs. Oatmeal with toppings, pancakes and a variety of baked goods and yogurts. Our kids loved the waterslide, too. All around an excellent place to stay.”

“Super comfortable, airport shuttle included! ”

“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……
