「Just as advertised! Hiked Rams Head trail one morning from the property. It was nice staying on the east side for a couple of nights to hit up salt pond and Lameshurs. Loved that we could use the refrigerator and they provided drinking water. They have a great set up and provide a lot of extras like beach chairs and charged battery packs so that we could charge our cell phones at night! Thank you!」

「Our 1st night, 6/2-6/3. the staff was not expecting us. someone was in half of our villa, one couple had to sleep on the couch. Alberto did his best to make us comfortable. The 6/10-6/11, again the villa was not ready for us. Conrad did his best. The property was clean beautiful, we enjoyed very much!」

「Amazing view, loved the style with dark wood trim/doors, arches and turret windows. Comfy bed, soft sheets, loved the stone patio and nooks. Had a grwat breeze and no need for a/c. Slept with windows open and could here the wind, waves, birds and frogs. Great time, so relaxing.」

「Excellent management and staff. Rooms cleaned daily. No insects, even in the kitchen. Only issue is with Expedia listing showing restaurant on site when in fact it has been closed since 2017.」

「There were many great things about St John USVI, however: 1. You will absolutely need a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The grade leading to the Villa is about 40%. 2. You need to bring enough stuff to wear for the entire trip... no washer/dryer. 3. You'll need to eat out most meals unless you like doing dishes on vacation... no dishwasher. 4. If you were hoping to use the recliner in the pictures... well think again. 5. If you're from a big city on the East Coast with NYC type values, threaten to leave...

「Our family of 4 stayed in John's most perfect condo for Easter weekend. It is the perfect spot- easy, short walking distance to all the great restaurants, bars, and shops in Cruz Bay. The balcony views were amazing! John provided us with everything we could possibly need or want- comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, large bathroom, and a spacious balcony! We will definitely stay here for our next trip.」

Super location so close to Great and Little Lameshur Bays, and to Salt Pond so made visiting these locations during our stay a breeze. Very clean and well accommodated place with lots and lots to make your stay convenient. Nice communication with owners prior to stay.」
