「Kitchen Facilities were excellent. Check-in went smoothly. A bit disappointed that my wife and friend could not use the shuttle service into town because we did not book the room through the Manor directly. I thought that somewhat petty on their part」

「Apartment was clean and well stocked. View was amazing. 」

「I stayed here with my daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren. It was a good size for us. The condo is in good shape and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay here. It was a quick drive to town, to the beach and to Gosman’s dock. We enjoyed the amenities at Montauk Manor, my grandchildren went in both the outdoor pool and the indoor pool, played volley ball and tennis (we found tennis rackets and balls in the closet, along with some books, a few games and extra towels...

「The property was very comfortable, well appointed and clean. It was comfortable with 6 adults with ample space for all. Proximity to the beach and town was excellent.」

「Beautiful property, fully equipped for a wonderful stay. My only complaint was the door handle fell off a few times on the deck door and the sliders were sticky. But that certainly didn't affect our stay. We would have happily stayed a few more days!」

「This condo is perfect and in an amazing location. The view is amazing and you can hear the crashing of the ocean. You don’t need to use your car here! Walk to everything. The owner Sal is a gem and very responsive. 」

"The room was full of dog hair, the bathroom had dogs bathing in it and the smell was very pungent, the bathroom had the most dog hair in it, room cleanliness and hygiene must be upgraded. Environment and facilities are good."
