「We were in the area to attend our son's senior recital at SUNY Fredonia. The house was perfect for our family. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice selection of games and my son and his friend loved the tandem bike! The view was amazing, I can only imagine how nice it would be in warmer weather. 」

The property location is convenient for exploring multiple fun areas and activities in North western PA and South western NY balanced with the house providing an accomodating experience. It's difficult to find a vacation rental that offers it all, so having waterfront access with kayaks, a firepit, and a hot tub helped make for a wonderful vacation 」
