The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning. “Annual tr(Ale) Cru weekend (centered around a day hike, then a brewery) with 11 family members, ages 22-63. “Looney Rooms” was the best rental we have used. Plenty of space, in town but with a nice buffer to neighbors, and a really cool decor. Will definitely be back. ”

Walking distance to the town and just a quick drive to the resort. Would recommend any big group to stay here including families with kids. “Excellent girls trip! The house was exactly as pictured. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect: less than a 15-minute walk to shops and restaurants and under a 10-minute drive to Holiday Valley. We especially loved the beautiful fenced-in yard with its mountain views. We’d definitely love to stay here again!”
