“Perfect location for families with kids playing at Dreams Park. We rented this house with 4 other families which worked out well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine. Some showers were a little cramped for larger people but we managed. Outside grill and fire pit. The house is directly south on the same road as Dreams park about 6min away and……

“The place was clean and ready for us when we got there. The kids enjoyed seeing the farm animals and the farm dog. The house was out away from everything which was nice because it was very quite and peaceful. We asked to have fire wood so we could have a small fire and it was there, unfortunately we couldn't have a fire just because we eneded up busier than anticipated with our sons family days at suny oneonta. The house was very large and had plenty of room for 7 of us. They had board games and……

“The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few……

“Perfect location for ASV families. We had a quiet week with the luxury of a short drive to the baseball fields. Carol was wonderful to deal with and provided necessary amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. ”
