“This is a wonderful place to stay. The rate was very reasonable, and with the 24/7 Continental Breakfast, it is a real deal. The room was spacious and had a door out to the front porch, which was convenient. The owner was friendly and provided several good dining options. ”

“We enjoyed the convenience and walkability. Downtown Woodstock is about a 10 to 15 minute easy walk to shops and eateries. We stayed in the King Suite, a 2nd floor lodging that was clean, spacious and included pretty much all you need for a stay (games, books, kitchenette, toaster oven, pots, pans, hair dryer, mini fridge, plenty of blankets and towels). We had quick responses from the Ipad concierge and website chat for any questions. Thanks for a relaxing stay! ”

“Great location to explore downtown Rheinbeck”

“Loved staying at this property tucked away in Mt. Tremper. Walking distance to some great restaurants, the Zen buddhist monastery and good access to wifi. My dog also had a great time walking nearby. I wasn't sure where to dispose of my dog bags, but other than that, a perfect stay.”

“Clean, charming, well stocked, good location for accessing the Catskills, great outdoor area, friendly host.”

“I loved everything about this place ! The room the giraffe house it’s so gorgeous ! Sean the man who takes care of and manages the property is so knowledgeable. He gave my boyfriend and I a tour around the whole property with his goats and when I tell you this man knows the property HE KNOWS THE PROPERTY & history of the area. The experience wouldn’t have been the same with out him. ”

“Ideal location for wading and watching the creek. Comfortable room. Friendly hosts. Very comfortable outdoor chairs. I did not use the fire pit but nice to know it was available.”

“Peaceful and quiet but not too far away from some great restaurants and beautiful views!”

“This was our second time visiting & we were so happy to be back! Robyn made our stay extra special by leaving out for us some local syrup, coffee & these unbelievable pretzels! So nice to arrive to -thank you! All we did was stare out the windows or hang out on the deck, looking out at the great views there! And, at night, when you can’t see the views, you can enjoy the moon & stars! The inside is so nice & comforting to stay in too! Love all the various lighting inside, it’s so nice & relaxing……

“Nicole's place is very conveniently located, clean as a whistle, comfortable and worked perfectly for me, my husband and our pup. Very nice, new modern property but still with woodsy charm. Nicole's communication and hospitality (left us some gorgeous looseleaf tea) was A+. Would definitely stay again! ”

“My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. ”

“Peter and Julie are excellent host with a lot of nice recommendations to the area. The room was smaller than I originally thought, but it was extremely cozy and warm with all the nice amenities inside. We loved all the nice decoration and historical feeling the room has to offer. Will definitely consider it again when we plan to visit Kingston.”
