"My second time staying here, definitely prefer over similar hotels in this area. Pleased with the extra clean room and lotions and soaps are nice quality. The pool is closed for a renovation. Breakfast could be better. Lobby's Water/Coffee/Teas supply needed attention. Friendly Front Desk Staff."

"The staff that helped at night was very kind. Unfortunately the floors were sticky like someone dumped honey on them and I had to literally wash them myself to walk around and there was pee all over the back of the toilet and around it that it smelled so bad. I have pictures as well."

"This property is under major renovation with the entire first floor unusable. There was major dust from the sanding that permeated throughout the entire hotel. My son and I got sick during our stay at this property. "

Will never book this hotel again, and I travel to Syracuse often. This room was booked 6 months in advance, my room should have been reserved! "

"I did enjoy the room. I had an issue with the curtian and maintenance came and fixed it within an hour. I did have an issue where the overnight person must have written down that my room checked out because around 9am housekeeping tried to come in my room and scared the crap out of me as I was traveling alone and was sleeping. I raised my concerns with the front desk. They apologized. But I did enjoy how spacious the room was."
