We had a wonderful stay at this cabin and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Smoky Mountains.The property was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. One of the biggest highlights was the location. Perched on top of the mountain, the cabin offers breathtaking mountain views right from the patio. We were able to enjoy both sunrise and moonrise from the property, which made for some unforgettable moments.We were also lucky enough to experience some local wildlife during our stay. We spotted deer and lightning bugs from the patio, and even saw a bear along the road while driving back to the cabin one evening. It truly added to the Smoky Mountain experience.We noticed some ladybugs near the windows, but this was mentioned in the check-in information, so it was not a surprise and did not affect our stay.One thing future guests should know is that the road leading to the cabin is quite steep and winding, which is common for mountain properties. I would recommend choosing a vehicle that you're comfortable driving on mountain roads.If you're staying here, I also highly recommend trying river tubing in Townsend, which is only a short drive away and was one of the highlights of our trip.Overall, this was an excellent stay with amazing views, a great location, and a true Smoky Mountains experience. We would gladly stay here again.
