「The manager was quick to help with a missing code for the door and an unusuable fire pit with a refund. The floors were being refinished and were beyond soft at points where you could fall through. We had to wear slippers or socks the entire trip due to the condition of them. The land it's on doesn't have anywhere for the kids to play. 「We lived staying in this cabin. It was so cozy and the perfect place to spend our thanksgiving in the mountains. Townsend is known as “The Peaceful Side” of the Smoky Mountains and it sure fit the bill. We made great memories and would rebook with this cabin. James the host did a wonderful job with communicating with us and setting up the perfect landing pad. We will be back! 」
