Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was lovely overall thank you. I did mention sending to mobile number that the main room smelt sweaty and dusty and was bits of plastic on the floor. As well I asked how to use the remotes for the fans, as most did not seem to operate. I did not receive a response. It is a lovely apartment but as it is getting warm in Townsville, it would have been nice to get the ceiling fans working.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great position for concert. Very hot day. No battery in fan remote. AC worked but no spare blankets in master. Manager uncontactable.
