「The property was excellent and the service was great. The only issues I would mention is the distance you have to walk to the Villa. There a a number of steps up and down the mountain. Also the number of staff are limited so getting hold of them can be a challenge. Also it was hard to communicate without knowing the language. But the staff were extremely helpful. "The Elements by Westin was a great hotel to stay in, nice location close enough to Ubud City Center, but not that close to feel the frenzy of it.
