「To clarify this is NOT a rating for Rainbow Takayama House. We booked Rainbow Takayama and were shifted to another property a few days before we arrived. Reason given was that Rainbow Takayama House was not in a state to be rented due to dirt and odor. The house we were put in instead was not particularly nice, fairly old, and generally not in a great state, so I can only imagine what our originally booked place was like. 」

「We enjoyed going to hakuba. We found the sleeping arrangements uncomfortable. The Matt’s and beds felt uncomfortable. The upstairs bedroom was warm without its own ac. The towels are microfiber and difficult to try off. There is no chairs and no couch to watch tv on. The room on the first floor smelled like mildew. We did not feel relaxed in this house which is why I am leaving my first negative review on vrbo.」

「Balls Deep have several cabins. We stayed in number 3 which was a one bedroom cabin. It was wonderful. Had everything we needed: shower and bath, separate toilet with the cutest wash basin on top: you have to see it: you wash your hands and the water then fills the cistern! The bedroom was huge with heaps of extra bedding and options to have 2 extra separate beds in addition to the king size we used. Plenty of space to unpack too into drawers, cupboards and hanging space There is Apple...
