The air con is a big joke. Even you turn it to "L" (only off, S, M, L) it is still weaker then the air con in lift / check in lobby.
Staff said the temperature is fixed and she helped me to open the window. It is actually cool by so but if you come in rainy day you may try sauna at your room.
Other than that all is fine. It is very very close to station and you have a mall (with supermarket) right next to hotel.
