“Avoid booking. The property is not clean, stains on sofas, broken doors, broken worktops, mouldy washing machine, no bedroom curtain, broken wifi, beds where you can feel every single spring in the mattress, i dont have a good thing to say about this apartment. I have never stayed anywhere so awful. The keys werent available on our arrival. We contacted the host about these issues once we got in and heard nothing back. We left at 7am after the first night. I don't usually like leaving 1 stars……

“Wasn’t bad but they find a way to deduct money from your deposit. They said we broke a cloth hanger, frankly I didn’t even see the hanger because we spent one night and didn’t do any laundry so I don’t understand how we are responsible for that. I would advise anyone booking this apartment to go through everything and make pictures and videos because they would find a way to deduct money from your deposit. Other that that it’s an ok apartment”

“Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience ”
