Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage. Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis. There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us. They also had breakfast for an additional fee which we didn't get but looked good. If we ever visit Hanoi again we will definitely return to Acoustic where they go above and beyond to assist you. We were beyond pleased with our stay here.

Prime Hanoi location, wonderful staff, one smelly little mystery 🛵 Hotel Solis is perfectly placed for exploring Hanoi on foot. We walked everywhere, and the food around the hotel was fantastic. We even tried Grab delivery when the kids were craving burgers, and found some that hit the spot. The rooftop pool and bar are fairly average, but after a long day of pavement pounding, a cool-off dip is exactly what you need. The rooms were clean, but there was an unpleasant sewage-like smell that seemed to be coming through the vents. It was very noticeable, so it's worth getting looked into. Breakfast was okay. Not a huge selection, but that's fair for a hotel this size. The real stars were the staff. Viet and Liz went above and beyond to make our stay great and gave us brilliant tips on where to go and what to see. A great little place to stay, and if that smell gets sorted, it'd be a winner. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training. Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again.

The shining hotel was a lovely place to stay in Hanoi. The rooms and staff were lovely and really enjoyed the pool/bar area, especially at night. The staff were fantastic as it was very hot and they did a great job up there

What can i say.. firstly, the warm welcome of all the staff everytime you walk through the door. They go above and beyond, unbelivably helpful with every request i had. The young lad there even walked me to the best money exchange office to change my dollers to dong, where i got a better rate that was online that day. And Lem saw us saftly across the road, every time we were coming in or out, the room was clean and quite considering the road outside, my only gripe would be not enough storage. location was fantastic, a short walk to wherever you wanted to go, and breakfast in the morning was varied and they cooked eggs on request, however you want them. Plus offered walking tours that were FREE done by local volenteer's who want to improve their english. I would definatly come back here again amd will definatly be recommending it to everyone who is coming to vietnam .
