"I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Hotel Dallas. A really beautiful hotel. Really liked my room. I would like to say a big Thank You to all the staff who made my stay enjoyable. They were all very helpful and kind to me. I miss you all very much. Ross with the cars outside made me feel very welcome. A really kind gentleman. Philip from the concierge was so kind and friendly. Janet in the shop was a really lovely person. A wonderful place to stay. Very close to Downtown and the train station. The Hotel was beautiful and so clean and well kept. I give it 10 out of 10 The reception staff all so friendly and helpful and not forgetting Alicia who helped me a lot. "

"The room was spacious and spotless! The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. There were nice perks like happy hour and free cookies and lemonade in the lobby. There were also restaurants and shops all within walking distance. I’d highly recommend this hotel again! "
