“Check in was easy, the owner provided me with bldg and room access. Hotel rules was explained via email in details. I only had one issue with no shower gel. But the reception came and explain the issue and rectified the situation the same day.Adefra staff member Omar Molina was on point with making breakfast the way I preferred it and assisted me with points of interest around Santo Domingo.”

The rooms are beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning and the staff is the best. Always smiling, ready to help and they make your stay very pleasant. The location is idyllic, in the very heart of the Colonial Zone, close to everything and great restaurants. I will recommend this hotel with my eyes closed……

“I stayed in El Beaterio for 4 nights. It’s such a beautiful casa museo located in a quiet area. The room is nice and clean decorated with old maps of La española. The courtyard has lots of sunlight and plants that I enjoyed my breakfast here (though you need to apply mosquito repellent as they are quite active if you come in early morning like 6-8am) Check out the terrace in the early morning and you would get a nice photo with sun rise. “Small room ac wasn't working well. Batteries ran out of the ac remote. And then the guy staff loses the key to the room i was staying in after i give it to him when he comes to change the batteries to the room. and wants me to find it. The next morning tryna act like I gotta pay a fee for lost key when hes the one I gave the key too.”

“Fui con mi familia somos 4 ,la habitación pequeña pero muy confortable y limpia, el hotel aunque es un edificio antiguo esta muy bien conservado y con una buena decoracion y limpio esta en zona colonial y puedes conocer los lugares de interés caminando ,muy buena ubicación, el personal son muy atentos amables y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites ,el desayuno incluido le falta un poco de variedad ,pero en general adecuado ,muy buena opción de hospedaje en el centro de santo domingo”
