"Very comfortable beds. Walls are pretty thin as we heard neighbors having basic conversations. Awesome location and wonderful employees. Would absolutely stay again. "

"The front desk staff is wonderful! Housekeeping was great the first round, the second was very sloppy. We had to have them come back and deliver, towels, soap, glasses, dump trash, etc. The restaurant is “ok” not great. Happy hour is reasonable but limited. The location is perfect and feels safe! Good value!"

"Excellent place to stay while in San Fransisco! Highly recommend. All the staff at the hotel are very kind and easy to work with. They were also very helpful with recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Hotel was clean, quiet, and in a perfect area that is close to all the tourist hot spots. With access to the California cable car on the corner. I would give this hotel and it's staff a higher score of 5 if I would."

"The restroom door handle was broken and we were not able to close and lock the door. Same for toilet paper handle. WiFi works only first day. "
