A brand new very nice and clean apartment that provides a practical location whether you are on holidays or on business. Ideal for a couple, confortable and functional for a family.
Two bedroom with double-bed for a couple, Lounge, double sofa-bed, kitchen, dining-table for 6, bathroom.
Kitchen provided with all accessories.. Table-cloth, table mats, dish-towels, hot dish holders provided.
Bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin. Linen provided.
Blanket and bad linen provided.
Outside, in a few minutes just walking, you can promenade the seaside from where you can look the entire beach of Trapani, visit the Egadi’s islands by over crafts or you visit the important historical site of Segesta located at 15km from Trapani, or you can taste all the tipical gastronomical specialities of Trapani in the several restaurants located at few minutes walk.

Lovely spacious apartment

Lovely apartment - very clean and spacious and well equiped with everything you need Host was very helpful and friendly. Central location but still quiet Photos on the site are not accurate though and there was no settee but still very comfortable

La signora Lucia, è una persona davvero accogliente e a saputo darci molti consigli utili. La casa si presenta esattamente come me la aspettavo, con tutte le comodità, se proprio devo trovare una piccola pecca è che eravamo in 4 quindi sarebbe stato piacevole avere 2 bagni a disposizione anziché uno.

Perfect flat in central location!

Very nice flat in central location, despite arriving after midnight we were warmly welcomed by host. All the infrustructure just nearby. As only negative point could be mentioned loudness outside in the evenings😉, but this is what Sicily is, quite during daytime and lively in evenings and nighttime. Just accross the street perfect BBQ place with great burgers. Place to stay for sure.

Very nice place in the historic centre, very kind owners!!

The place was very confortable as in the website description. It's in a very nice part of the Trapani city center, with a lot of shops and bar in the neighborhood. Lucia and Sem were so kind! They were waiting for us although we arrived almost at midnight cause our flight time.

Centralissimo e ben equipaggiato

Appartamento centralissimo, ben arredato, ad un passo dalla navetta x l'aeroporto e gli aliscafi x Favignana, la zona è tranquilla di giorno, di sera/notte un pò di schiamazzi dovuti ad un vicino locale. Materassi e cuscini da 10 e lode (il materasso del letto, personalmente, è una cosa a cui bado molto quando sono in vacanza: prima di tutto 1 buon sonno!). In casa non manca davvero nulla: dai giochi per i bimbi agli ombrelloni da portarsi al mare. Unica pecca la pressione dell'acqua un pò bassa che a volte rendeva difficile e lunga la regolazione dell'acqua x la doccia, ma nel complesso valutazione assolutamente più che positiva, da consigliare assolutamente, anche x l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Lovely hosts, lovely apartment

We had a great stay at Lucia and Zem's aoartment. We've erected adult couples and found that we had lots of room to spread out - two nice size bedrooms and a large and gracious living room. The kitchen is small but works well. The location is excellent: a quick walk to many of the city's sights. Trapani has a very nice historic center and many important and easy to get to sights within an hour or so drive. We stayed a week. Could have stayed longer!!! Lisa

Nice charming appartement

Excellent appartement in the city center. Horica and shops in the vicinity. On three sides near the sea. Spacious accomedatie, decor is charming. Sem and Lucia are very helpful. We have experienced this when we had to go home very suddenly.

La casa è molto spaziosa, ben arredata e provvista di tutto come indicato nell'annuncio. La posizione è ottima, si trova all'interno del centro storico, ma a piedi si può raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi punto della città. Sam e Lucia sono molto carini e disponibili.

"L''appartamento è situat...

"L''appartamento è situato nel centro storico di Trapani in una piazzetta di fianco a scuola media e istituto tecnico. E'' facilmente raggiungibile dal lungomare da cui partono i traghetti e quindi è comodissimo per chi deve prendere traghetto o aliscafo per le isole Egadi. Dietro il palazzo un forno ben fornito aperto a tutte le ore (o quasi) e a poche decine di metri altri negozi. Con una breve passeggiata siete in corso Torrearsa e in Corso Vittorio Emanuele. L''appartamento è molto accogliente, spazioso e ben arredato. Balconi in quasi tutte le stanze, ventilato e fresco: comunque per i periodi calsissimi (come quello in cui siamo stati) le due camere sono fornite di condizionatori. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, anche grazie all''accoglienza dei padroni di casa, Lucia e Sem, che abitano nello stesso palazzo e ci hanno consigliato molto bene. L''appartamento aveva un sacco di recensioni positive e le possiamo convalidare tutte."

Les informations données ...

Les informations données induisent en erreur : sur l'annonce est mentionné un salon de jardin on peut donc espérer manger dehors , en réalité celui-ci se trouve dans une minuscule cour au rez de chaussée alors que l'appartement se situe au premier étage; les balcons ne sont pas aménagés non plus . La salle de bains est désuète: douche fixe.Seules les chambres sont climatisées. Quant au"parking collectif" il s'agit en réalité de places sur la rue devant l'immeuble, elles ne sont absolument pas réservées. Donc nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture pendant 5 jours car nous craignions de ne pas retrouver d'emplacement dans ce quartier certes central mais très difficile d'accès.Le soir de notre arrivée le propriétaire a déplacé sa voiture pour que nous puissions nous garer...

"Très bel appartement, très grand, très bien situé (surtout quand on prend les bons raccourcis, ce qui n''est pas le cas au début, le temps de s''adapter à la géométrie particulière de la ville, en triangle ). Ne pas hésiter à louer une voiture car l''attente au niveau des bus est insupportable (surtout avec des enfants). On s''est promené dans des paysages magnifiques, dignes de la Corse avec les cactus et les palmiers nains en plus. La saison de fin avril est idéale d''odeurs et de couleurs . Nous avons visité des sites archéologiques avec des temples grecs , amphithéâtres romains et citée phénicienne (invasion des carthaginois). La Sicile, de par sa situation géographique, s''est nourrie des différentes invasions tout au long de son histoire (grecque, carthaginois, romaine, arabe, ...) et ça se ressent dans l''architecture, et la cuisine ... On s''est régalé avec les pâtisseries et les glaces. Le seul petit regret concerne l''état des plages autour de Trapani qui ne sont nettoyées qu''en début de haute saison. Dommage car l''eau était à 17°, donc bien pour des gens du nord. De ce fait, on s''est baigné dans les criques de la réserve de Zingaro et c''est fabuleux. D''autre part, les touristes français ne sont pas aidés par la langue ( peu de Siciliens parlent l''anglais) Sauf Sem qui parle plein de langues ;-) . Les explications culturelles sont parfois un peu lapidaires. Mais, ça dépayse vraiment!"

"Grande e comodo appartamento, ben fornito di ogni accessorio, tranquillo e ottimamente ubicato, sia per visitare la città a piedi, che per gli spostamenti extraurbani (e difronte, già al mattino presto, sfornano brioches per la prima colazione). Sam, il proprietario, è gentile, simpatico e molto disponibile. Ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità. Raccomandabile."
