“Excellent property, 5-10 minutes walk away fro the Arc de Triomphe. The apartment is on the 3rd floor which is accessed by a spiral staircase. The apartment is very clean, modern and stylish. I visited with my 16 and 12 year old children and was perfect for our needs. A kitchen with fridge freezer, coffe machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric hob and oven. “The apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 people. It’s compact but has just about everything you need. I knew I wanted to be in the Marais so this was perfect. Off a main drag but close to Metro stops & lots of bus options. It was very comfortable. I would have liked an English language TV station & a couple of additional kitchen items (e.g. pot holders, a skillet & a pan with a lid) but these are not deal breakers. It’s clean, quiet, comfortable & in a great location. I would stay there again.”

“Let me start…I would definitely rent this apartment again. It is adorable and looks just like the pictures. It has beautiful art on the walls and both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and met our requirements. The bathroom had great shower pressure and lots of hot water. There are a few cons to the property. It is on the first floor of a secured building. The door to the apartment doesn’t have a chain or a deadbolt. The window does have safety bars on it. ……
