Fahrrad- und Wanderurlaub

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, direkt am Haus waren Wander- bzw. Fahrradwege, diese sind in der ganzen Umgebung hervorragend ausgebaut und beschildert.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet, wir haben uns in unserem Urlaub wohl gefühlt - so muss es sein.

Urlaub in Traunstein

Es war sehr schön, vor allem durch die tolle Gegend im Chiemgau. Und die großzügige Unterkunft. Preis-Leistungsverhältniss passt. Die Vermieterin ist nett und freundlich. Es ist auf jedem Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Goed verblijf op loopafstand van het centrum. Boodschappen doen vlakbij. 1e verdieping dus je moet trap op kunnen. Trapje naar beneden naar keuken. Let op met kleine kinderen. Fantastisch verblijf gehad.

Wunderschöner Ort für ein entspanntes Wochenende

Wir (drei Freundinnen im Alter 54+) waren ein Wochenende in dieser bezaubernden Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Von Toilettenpapier über Seife, alle Kochutensilien, Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel, Mülltüten etc. war alles vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Alles wirklich super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Umgebung ist super, Ferienwohnung war nicht dauber, Schimmelfugen im Bad/Dusche, Sofa im Wohnzimmer war voller Hundehaare, trotz Beanstandung wurden das Sofa nicht gereinigt. Türhöhe niedrig, Whirlpool fehlte ganz.

Ein super toller, leider zu kurzer Urlaub :)))

Sehr schöne liebevolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Meine Freunde und ich waren völlig begeistert, und haben gleich gesagt da kommen wir wieder...:))) Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und es ist hell und sehr sauber alles! Und nicht zu vergessen... Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin ist mir sehr positiv aufgefallen. Wir wurden super freundlich begrüßt und haben uns vom ersten moment an wohl Gefühl. Alles in allem kann ich es nur weiter empfehlen.

Traumurlaub mit Hund

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung, direkt an der Traun, ideal für Urlaub mit der Familie und Hund! Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr grosszügig, trotzdem überaus gemütlich und durch die sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl und wie daheim gefühlt! 😊 Es gibt eine Vielzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Die direkte Lage an der Traun lädt zu kurzen oder auch längeren Spaziergängen ein, was zu jeder Tageszeit sehr reizvoll ist! Auch unsere Hündin hat an heissen Tagen das flache, sehr klare und saubere Wasser der Traun genossen.... 😉 Ausflugsziele, wie der Waginger See, der Chiemsee oder auch Berchtesgaden und Salzburg sind von Traunstein aus in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir hatten sehr entspannte 10 Tage, können Traunstein, insbesondere der Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden auch selbst jederzeit gern wieder wiederkommen!

Appartement mit permanentem Autolärm!

Der Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe im Kästchen ohne persönliche Einweisung ist gewöhnungsbedrftig! Sogleich waren wir überrascht über den schmutzigen Fußboden! Nach nur wenigen Minuten barfuß-gehen waren unsere Fußsohlen schwarz! Eine Schaufel voll Dreck hinter dem Trockner, welcher Anfangs nicht funktionierte! Das wirklich schlimmste Problem ist allerdings der Dauerlärm! Dies wurde auf Anfrage bei Frau Benz so formuliert, als würden halt Anwohner diese kleine Straße als Abkürzung benutzen! Geräuschmäßig fühlte es sich an als wäre man neben einer Autobahn! Der Lärm ist Tag und Nacht, und zwar ständig! Nachts werden die Schlafzimmer in kürzesten Abständen immer wieder von den Autoscheinwerfern beleuchtet, denn die Vorhänge sind viel zu klein, nicht gefüttert und halten das Licht nicht ab! Verläßt man das Haus befindet man sich 1/2 m neben den vorbeirasenden Autos! Von Frau Benz wurde vermittelt, daß die Schlafräume nach "hinten" hinausgehen und somit lärmgeschützt wären! Genau das Gegenteil ist der Fall! Daß für dieses Appartement auch noch 12 € pro Tag für einen kleinen Pudel verlangt werden ist schon bemerkenswert. Die Küche war okay, ebenso das Wohnzimmer. Der Weg an der Traun entlang sehr schön, sofern man unversehrt über die Straßen vor dem Haus zwischen den Autokolonnen hindurchhuschen konnte! Für uns war R U H E oberste Priorität - deshalb hatten wir uns bei Frau Benz explizit danach erkundigt! Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, hatten wir doch vor, im nächsten Jah

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben mit unseren 2 Töchtern und Hund eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie besticht durch ihre Großzügigkeit und durch ihre durchdachte Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer supergemütlich eingerichtet. Das Haus befindet sich direkt neben der Traun mit einem schönen Wanderweg, so dass man direkt von der Haustür mit dem Hund loslaufen kann. Traunstein ist fußläufig im Rahmen eines schönen Spaziergangs erreichbar. Aber auch Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte befinden sich in direkter Nähe. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Sie haben sich prompt um alles gekümmert Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war für uns genau das Richtige! Liebevoll hergerichtete Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten, zwei Bäder mit Handtücher für alle, eine große und toll ausgestattete Küche und Wohnräume mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Kurz gesagt: Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben! Die Lage direkt an der Traun war perfekt. Wir konnten abends zu Fuß in die Innenstadt laufen und mussten dafür nicht das Auto nehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.

Gemütliches Haus

Sehr nette Gastgeber, gemütliches Haus. Wenn man etwas größer ist, sollte man bei manchen Übergängen in der Wohnung den Kopf einziehen 🥴 Die nahe Traun lädt zur Gassirunde ein und so war der Aufenthalt mit Hund auch kein Problem. In 20 min. ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt.

Muss man nicht ein zweites Mal buchen

Alles in allem gehört hier mehr Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Pflege in diese Ferienwohnung. Die Betten sind zu hart und durch den Verkehrslärm kann man sich in der Ferienwohnung nicht wirklich erholen.
