“The desk clerk of this property was very kind but the property, and especially the rooms were far from what was expected for $$$ we paid. The room smelled of mildewed sheets and dog dander. The beds slanted - not setting properly on bed frames. Sofa cushions sank into the frames and tiles chipped and lacked grouting in the bathrooms. We actually packed the car an hour after check in and didn’t even stay the night. We called the front desk and advised we left from the road, driving all……

“As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many……

“Hot water stopped working in the middle of the night”

“I booked and paid for a room on a Friday night @ 5:30 pm. I went to a party and decided I shouldn't drive to the property. When I went there at 9 am to shower and prepare for my Saturday and possibly pay for another night, I was turned away as a "no show". I thought that since I paid $90 for a room that it would be mine until check out @ 11AM. After being turned away from my pre-paid room and not even allowed to shower and freshen up for 2 hours, I will never stay at a Motel 6 again. In my 6……
