“We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -……

“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this motel and would not stay here again. The problems started immediately at check-in, where the front desk employee was rude and unwelcoming. After a long day of traveling, that was not the kind of service we expected. The room itself was even worse. There was absolutely no hot water during our stay, which made showering and basic comfort impossible. To make matters worse, housekeeping never came once during our entire 5-day stay. “As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many……
