Your Trailside Cottage sleeps up to four guests with a king-size cloud platform bed in the private bedroom and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Each cottage includes a fully equipped galley kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and service for six. You can catch the local weather forecast on the two flat-screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. To stay connected, there's free high speed Wi-Fi.

Perfect getaway spot! Clean, spacious, comfortable! Right on the Swamp Rabbit Trail and easy and quick to get into town. Would highly recommend!

Brand new, spotless, walk to TR

My wife and I stayed here this weekend while visiting our daughter at Furman. We were very impressed with the quality, cleanliness, location, and just about everything. On previous visits we have stayed at the hotels in TR and downtown Greenville, which were (mostly) fine, but this place is so convenient to Furman and is an easy walk into TR for restaurants or a beer at the Community Tap. We have already booked here again for graduation weekend in May, so we have peace of mind knowing we will be in a perfect place close to all of the festivities. We did not have a chance to use the fire pit or the grills, but they looked welcoming and comfortable. This would be an especially good place if you want to bike the Swamp Rabbit Trail since it runs literally 10 feet in front of the porches.

Cozy modern space

We loved our short stay, Jan 14-16th, 2023. The space could not have been more perfect. The team thought of everything when planning this cute abode. The interior was modern, clean and just the right amount of space for a couple. The location right of the Swamp Rabbit trail made it inviting to go for a walk with our fur boy. We were also close enough to downtown that we could meet our daughter and son in law for dinners, etc. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.
