「Air conditioner was perfect. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a 4-10. We had premade egg omelet with cheese that were over cooked and rubbery. The hash browns were delicious though. There was a waffle maker station and oatmeal station. Yogurt and fruit. The room was nice. But Water pressure was terrible. The upgrades to the rooms were noted though. There was a bidet in the bathroom. A Bluetooth speaker connected to the bathroom mirror with clock. Pretty cool. The lamps didn't give too...

「Friendly staff, clean room and comfy beds. Pool open but dated, area around it needs cleaning, and update of lounge chairs. Morning continental breakfast was good selection.」

「There was things under the couch and sink I Couldn't identify, objects that I could not reach and didn't really want to. I spilled some lemonade on the floor accidently. I used a hand towel to clean it up and the towel was black. It was obvious the floor had not been mopped. The light in the bathroom was out. Water pressure was very poor. Bath faucet was loose, shower had two settings and sounded like a jet taking off in both. Ancient toilet, very low, had to push the handle down and hold it...

「We stayed here one year ago and all was good but on this trip we were given a room with a foul odor that smelled like wet carpet. The towels and wash cloths still looked dirty and the TV didn’t work. Thankfully there was other rooms available and the staff was more than helpful to give us another room. The only other issue was that the breakfast was not good at all and food that should have been kept warm was cold. We probably will not be back to this location again.」

「We did not enjoy the outside room as there were trucks with no mufflers leaving and returning at all hours during our stay. It was a very busy and noisy location. The breakfast was excellent.」

「Everything was great. Our family had a great stay. The one aspect that gave us pause was there’s a barn/sliding door for the bathroom. Having a door that closed would have been preferable. =0)」

「I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. After driving all day and arriving exhausted with a confirmed reservation, I was refused check-in without any effort to resolve the situation or provide a reasonable solution. The staff showed no empathy or professionalism, leaving us stranded late at night after hours on the road. A reservation should actually mean something, but apparently not at this hotel.
