“Very clean and staff the super kind and friendly 10/10 stay”

“This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Although they say the hotel was built on only 2025, you could hear the people in the room next to you as if they were inside your room causing ruckus all night. Even cars outside sound like they’re directly in your room. Then when the people in the room next to me finally did go to sleep not only could tou hear him snoring as if you’re in bed with this person, you could actually feel the vibration of the snoring. So needless to say no sleep……

“Room was showing age, but was clean . Bed was a little hard. Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast guy was nice but a little distracted because of multitasking. Can’t beat the location or beautiful balcony views.”

“Only real complaint was the noise from the street and parking area. Had a room on the street side, easily heard loud cars on the Main Street. Would request a room facing the courtyard next time. ”

“This was another business trip in the area of Greenville. The property needs updating. The room was clean, but old and the shower / bathtub drained so slowly that the water backed up while showering. I found that frustrating for the price I paid for the room. The evening staff were really nice and helpful. They assisted me after I had put in an order for dinner only to find out the order was never sent in and by the time they realized it the restaurant was closed. So, dinner ended up being a……
