This 1700 square foot, year round family home has plenty of room plus a walk out basement. There is 65 feet of sandy lake frontage on Silver Lake with a gradual slope that is great for swimming. There is a stone patio with fire pit for lounging and a dock for your boat. Silver Lake is spring fed and is great for jet skis, tubing, water skiing, swimming and fishing.
Amenities & Activities: Air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet, VCR, DVD, full kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, washer and dryer, gas grill (BBQ), no smoking, no pets and no use of fireplace. Swimming, boating, shopping at Grand Traverse Mall, jet skiing, golf, sea plane rides on lake, tennis.
Area: 15 minutes from Traverse City, 10 minutes to Interlochen Academy Weekly rentals only June, July , August and September. Weekly rentals start on Saturday to Saturday. I will absorb the credit card fee on the initial booking. The second payment is by check directly to me or pay the three percent credit card fee second payment.
The home is in immaculate condition, clean, comfortable, well stocked, and a perfect get away. The view was gorgeous! The owner Is attentive and ensured we had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. I highly recommend this place for a couple and/ or family getaway.

Beautiful House
Awesome location, the pictures do not show the AMAZING view, the sunrise at the house is stunning! Definitely looking forward for the next time!

Great place to stay.
Had a great time. The house was very nice and super clean. The view was awesome. Would definitely stay again.

Nice stay!
Nicely maintained property. Older. Wonderful lakefront site with great fire pit. Property owner was very helpful and accommodating. A couple of small things needed - cord for DVD player (couldn’t use), light on tree by fire pit burned out, more washcloths and hand sized towels for bathrooms.

A true GEM!!
We originally booked this location for a wedding in the area. While the wedding was canceled, we still decided to come enjoy a change of scenery. How perfect this place was!! We have 3 small children (2.5 and under) and the large rooms allowed for great napping and sleeping locations for all the littles. GREAT proximity to TC. But the best is the view and setting on this quiet lake. The weather couldn't decide if it was fall or summer but we still enjoyed the water via provided kayaks and bonfires down on the waters edge. We plan to come back soon....
The little private beach would be perfect for toddlers and young kids!! Richard was very helpful and attentive. Thank you!!!
