「Everything was perfect from the first moment we arrived. Friendly staff always looking to help and make sure everything is going well. Great location only steps from the downtown restaurants and shopping. Great views from the rooms and the property of Traverse Bay」

「No hot protein the first couple days of my stay for breakfast but the hotel was great. Staff was outstanding. I’m guessing when they are busier they have hot eggs and such everyday. I will come back again. My wife and I stayed for 3 days and had a view of the lake. First time in Traverse City and plan a return trip in the summer. Room was wonderful, location was perfect as well. 」
