「What was great about the room: it was mostly clean. The location was ideal for downtown activities. It was relatively quiet-especially for a weekend stay.
What was absolutely unacceptable and will keep me from ever returning: Communication with the hotel was through text and it took me about an hour of back and forth to get to their understanding the problem, admitting it was their issue to resolve, and their promise of a resolution. 5 days later the issue was further complicated instead of...

「Excellent location with easy late night check in process thanks to great communication with host. Quiet, upper level apartment with all the amenities we could want. The heated pool has a nice view of the beach, and the beach is pristine with plenty of beach lounge chairs to relax. There is also a nice patio with umbrella tables to enjoy the area between the pool and beach. We would absolutely stay here again!」

「We were quite disappointed with the condition of the condo. The bedroom carpeting was VERY dirty with a huge stain at the door. The toilet rocked and the seat was so old the paint was worn off. The window blinds in the living room had rips in them. The refrigerator door shelves would not stay on, one was missing, one was in the cupboard and the third fell off during our stay.」
