Will definitely use again
Plenty of room. Felt like home, the washer and dryer were a definite plus. It’s too bad though there’s not a path cut thru the tall weeds behind the apartment so you could just walk over the the Iron Skillet restaurant…but honestly that’s our only complaint. Highly recommend!

Clean place 10 min from downtown Traverse city
The property was easy to get to, clean, and had all you need within a mile including stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

2nd stay
This is our 2nd year staying and we look forward to coming back next year. It is a nice quiet area and close to many things. The new sectional this year was great.

Place to stay while fishing
Me and two buddies needed a place to crash while fishing on traverse bay. One guy slept in the living room on the recliner couch that was comfortable. 75” tv was a nice surprise. Overall a nice clean place. We didn’t spend a ton of time there besides sleeping. Easy access to traverse city and across the street from minor league baseball stadium that may keep people awake at night. We all slept through it though. Yard could use some work but now I am just being picky. I would stay here again

The yard gets mowed and trimmed Every Thursday Keeping grass green this year due to lack of rain Has been a challenge

We stayed at this apartment for nearly two weeks while my wife worked at the Interlochen music festival. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious enough for us and our two-year old daughter who also really enjoyed having such a huge yard to run around in. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals (which was important to us given the length of our stay). The location was perfect for accessing Interlochen, and Traverse City is only a short drive away. James was very accommodating and quick to respond. We highly recommend!

Very Clean and Comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay! We did not get our arrival instructions when we were supposed to so I had to call when we arrived to find out how to get in. He called back pretty fast though. Other than that this place was a great stay! The beds were very comfortable and the place was super clean. There is also a little restaurant that you can walk to that had really good food! We would recommend this apartment!

Overall is a nice, comfortable apartment. One issue was the television reception. Couldn’t get local or national channels; only stations such as NBCN were available & it continuously replayed the same news stories. Bad reception of the national news. Sparsely furnished but guess that’s how it needs to be done in case of theft. Plenty of towels. Beds are comfortable. Linens are nice. Shower curtain liner needs to be replaced. Located right off of Division Street. A bit further from Traverse City than we expected but we drove there easily.

The locals are high definition and the tv just needed to be reprogrammed. If I knew there was a problem i would have fixed. The next guest did make me aware and it took Two minutes to fix.

Roomy, immaculate apartment
Apartment was much nicer than expected. VERY clean. Everything we needed for our two day stay was provided, paper towel, hand soap, hairdryer. iron, plenty of towels and kitchen ware. Even chocolates on checkin. Three window AC units kept us very comfortable even though it was in the mid 80s. Less than 15 minutes drive to downtown. James was clear on how to get in and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Vacation
This property was very clean, good location the neighbors are friendly. Didn’t have any problems. We rented a pontoon from James for a day he was kind enough to take it to the lake and pick it up had wonderful time. I would recommend staying here and will try to stay here again.
